Number the pages of your report
Project reports, theses and tender documents usually need page numbers, and they are often missing after several files are merged. This tool stamps a number on every page in the position and style you choose, and can skip the cover and contents pages.
How to use
- Choose your PDF.
- Pick the position and format, for example Page 1 of 10 at bottom centre.
- To leave the cover page unnumbered, set Skip first N pages to 1. Use Start numbering at if the numbering should continue from another file.
- Click Add page numbers.
Frequently asked questions
Can I use Nepali numerals?
Not yet. The standard PDF fonts only include English characters. We plan to add Devanagari numbers in a later version.
What if my pages are rotated?
The number is placed relative to how the page appears on screen, so landscape and rotated pages are handled.
