How to split a PDF
- Select your PDF. The page count is shown.
- Choose a mode:
- Extract pages: type pages like
1-3, 5, 8-10. They are saved in that order in one new PDF. - Every page separately: each page becomes its own PDF, delivered as a ZIP.
- Every N pages: for example 2 pages per file for front-and-back scans.
- Extract pages: type pages like
- Click Split PDF and the file downloads.
Frequently asked questions
Can I change the page order?
Yes. In Extract mode, pages are written in the order you type, so 5, 1-3 puts page 5 first. For drag-style rearranging and deleting, use Organize PDF.
Does splitting reduce quality?
No. Pages are copied as they are, with text, images and links unchanged.
